Overall I think Hydroxy helps me cut back on my food cravings and I feel a little more energy in the gym.
It has worked great for me! I would not recommend it for students though because I cannot seem to focus or concentrate when I use it!
This product is okay! I lost one pound a day for the first 3 days but then again I exercise for two hours on a daily basis!
I used Hydroxycut for a month and saw no results, not even when I did the diet and the exercises nor did I see any decrease in appetite or increase in my energy level.
Hydroxycut is weak. The results are insignificant for overweight people so I imagine it will do nothing if you are obese!

This product only starts working after a month. I believe it is a good fat burner but I do recommend some sort of exercise to actually see results.
I work out on a daily basis. I have not lost any weight on Hydroxycut but I have lost the appetite but the urge to smoke has dramatically increased.
I am currently on a balance diet and I tried the new Hydroxycut to supplement my diet and workout plan especially after I have seen all the TV commercials. After a few weeks, I cannot say that I have really lost neither any weight nor the fat for that matter. The side effects were very unpleasant to me. I felt anxious, a bit on the edge and depressed at the same time. At times I felt like climbing the walls and the next I felt like tearing my skin away that is without counting the results of many sleepness nights.
I like the product but it keeps me awake at night!

If you have to go on a tight diet and take a pill that just does not do anything it is just not worth it! Water alone and my exercise routine have worked best for me! I gave up on finding the magic that does not exist!
I have experienced dry skin and peeling in my face. For the most part I felt tired and bloated. I cannot say it worked for me! I only need to drop five pounds!
Hydroxycut worked great but unfortunately I gain all the weight back after I quit using it and the feeling of fatigue you feel when you quit is definitely not normal!
I really think the Ephedrine in it helped tone up my body quicker, but it does make you jittery and keep you awake at night. My real worry was that after the third month using it I felt pain in the same side as my kidneys. I was worried enough to stop using it.
